1. Introduction
THE TEMPLE OF THE SUN FOUNDATION (TOTS)
was founded in 2020.
A spiritual gathering place for all is seeking people - offering a broad information landscape - filled with excellent and inspiring energies.
We want to take people on a fantastic journey through energies - times - peoples - universes.
We want to promote the individual's everyday life and
society through the development and dissemination of
values and sustainability from the perspective that we are all connected.
We all have a shared responsibility to achieve TOTS' goals by creating sustainable and groundbreaking results.
TOTS' personnel policy sets the framework for the employees to develop goals and strategies for the foundation with the integrity that has characterized TOTS since its foundation.

2. Values - what we are
As an employee, we follow the basic philosophy created by TOTS founders David Angel & Finn M. Bjerring.
We are a development-oriented company with significant degrees of freedom, whose norm is to
act responsibly and obligingly - concerning the
community and the values.
This means that our desire to work is our foundation, and with great expertise, we collaborate on the task
solution.
We are proud to work in TOTS's park - we carry out the work with outstanding commitment and high credibility.
Our employees show openness, commitment,
responsibility, initiative, and respect for and desire to create and learn within the common framework.

We want to make visible to our customers what we stand for and what can be expected in connection with
a visit to the TOTS park.
We have therefore defined our brand promise, which
applies to all employees.

4. Knowledge and relationship building
TOTS PARK works purposefully with the development of services in collaboration with national and international knowledge environments to create value for our customers.
We want to create interdisciplinary relationships where
it is appropriate for the task solution and TOTS 'position as an international development-oriented company.
We want to strengthen knowledge building and
strengthen TOT's professionalism through collaboration with innovative companies and institutions.
We believe that this will also strengthen TOTS as a
learning workplace and a financially strong foundation for the benefit of all employees, co-owners, the park, and the local community.

5. Learning and collaboration
We strive to strengthen TOTS as a company where
employees continuously develop professionally and
concerning the performed function.
An important starting point for this development is the Motivation and Development Interview.
It forms the basis for clarification of goals and the need for further development in the light of TOTS 'expectations for the employee's growth.
We interpret the concept of development as everything from traditional teaching and peer education to
participation in new and developing projects.
TOTS has a broad framework for applying and
developing competencies, which requires the individual employee to take responsibility for their development and stay at the forefront within their own field.
We provide help for more professional learning or
increased schooling through financial support.

6. Recruitment
The most important resource at TOTS is the employees.
Retaining and attracting the right employees is the prerequisite
for being able to develop TOTS in the future.
Through a targeted recruitment process, we want to attract the best-qualified employees to handle vacant and future positions
at TOTS.
We are constantly looking for candidates who possess TOTS'
core competencies and who also have integrity that is in
accordance with TOTS 'values and brand promise.
Our most important resource in terms of being able to recruit qualified candidates for the future is our current employees.
Our goal is for all employees to make TOTS visible as an
attractive place to learn, work and develop for future
employees.

7. Salary and employment conditions
All TOTS employment occurs by agreement between the new
employee and their professional organization.
Therefore, engagement always happens on contract.
If the employee is not affiliated with a professional organization, rules apply to the agreement in the work area in question.
TOTS complies with all professional agreements and regulations and the laws in force in Indonesia at any given time.
In addition, we offer our employees additional employee benefits.

8. Variety/equality/diversity
The TOTS theme park is an international workplace.
Of course, the park is based on Hindu traditions and religion,
with great respect for all other religions.
Regardless of religion, there will be the opportunity to pray
in approved consecrated buildings.
We are proud that our workplace is diverse and open to all
types of people, regardless of their religious background.
These differences are exactly what makes us strong.
We want our workplace to reflect Bali's spaciousness and
wonderful spacious energies.
Both men and women can perform all functions in TOTS.
Men and women who perform the same job/function receive
the same basic salary.
