RETIREMENT
When/how the employee wants to retire is a choice for the individual.
But it is optimal if the employee and the workplace put together a plan for the transition.
When an older employee wishes, a gradual withdrawal from the workplace can be made before retirement.
Can a solution be:
- Be relieved from more stressful physical and mental work, moving to a new function desired by both parties.
- Orreorganization of working hours - or reduction in time.
Connection to the workplace after retirement, the employee may eventually take over as a temporary worker.
In this way, a lot of important knowledge is preserved.
